I decided to bring back the original Plush .357 “Kilo” packaging with a new graphic for my solo artshow on the 17th. Printed in extra limited quantities there will only be 30 shirts for guys and dolls alike. After recieving so many compliments and request on the old pasckaging, I decided it be best to bring it back for the moment, available for only $25. Lol, I’m sorry but I cant show ya’ll the actual t-shirt just yet, but I can promise it’s going to be exceptionally beautiful.

‘The Good, The Bad and the Exceptionally Beautiful’ my first solo art show on April 17th @ City of Ink. It’s gonna be dope wait til you see what I got up my sleeve

Today we did the shoot for our new hoodies and crews, it was so fun, it’ll take a few days to get em edited, but I’ll try to get them up as soon as possible. I got tired of doing studio shots, so we decided to take outdoors this time. Where to? The Hood! Lol, we went to a neighborhood called Mechanicsville, a little south of downtown Atlanta. We found this abandoned industrial scenery and knew it was the perfect place. My good friend, Carla Aaron-Lopez, took the photos for us this time. We go to school together over at SCAD, shes dope! Her work is hella grimey so she went well with our theme. Here’s Carla!

But yeah this place was pretty crazy, ultra ghetto, I felt like I was somewhere in rural Alabama. Lol, nah really, we flew out to El Salvador. There was a church on every corner. Literally, weird one’s like this, The Perfect Church!

Isn’t that kind of an oxymoron? Somebody call Creflo!
Lol, this time I invited Proton to come out and model for us. They’re a sick ass rap group from Atlanta. Quality and Thomas. Check em out at myspace.com/proton2.
Hip-hop artist, Mike Flo, also came along to show some support. Chi-town native and member of the RBG family, he’s done music with Dred Prez and a mixtape with DJ Drama! You can find him at myspace.com/404mikeflo. Ohh check out them face tats, I did one of em!

Lol, of course my bestest friend, A.ware, came along for the shoot. Lol, you should see em, that nigga does not know what to do when you put him in front of a camera, he’s get’s a stiff and nervous. After awhile he relaxed though, and got his swagger up a bit. We found this abandoned bus and had to get it, I thought it was soo dope.

My homie, Kneesee, came out for me to take some shots. I love that girl, she’s hella cool. She works over at one of my favorite boutiques in Atlanta, called Wish, over in Little 5 Points. I go there to catch some exclusive sneakers and the occasional t-shirt.

We got alot feedback about our model, Quintiana aka MissPretty, so we had to bring her back. That’s my homie right there, shes so sweet, shes always so humble.

Finally, theres my friend Erin. She goes to Spelman, I meet her at the tattoo shop 2 years ago, back when I was an apprentice. So she has one of my earliest tats. It still looks pretty good!

lol, Aaron and Erin. A.ware loves the lady’s!

Check out the scenery!

Somebody please get these people a E!

A burned down building. I wonder what happened? Well… let’s just shoot here, because our shit is already pretty hot!

Here Come’s the train!

Thanks to everyone for coming out! I really appreciate it! Afterwards, A.ware and I went to grab a bit to eat at Gutbusters back over in the westend. They got these tasty chicken hoagies, and we needed some food, asap!

Trust me, they taste alot better then they look.

The Mach 5 album, Stepchild EP, is almost done! A.ware and I went to the studio last night to record a song with Dreamer. That guy is extra talented, the song came out pretty sick! Stepchild EP is like a crazy mixture of hip-hop, rock, and electronica, influenced by artist like Gorillaz, Kenna, and Outkast. It’s being released on January 22nd, so make sure you get you copy, I might make it available for download on the blog for a while… Afterwards, B Sterling showed us some of his new beats, this guy is a beast! He’s currently doing production for Hollyweerd and Dreamer..

Check out the new hair cut!

Once we left the studio, we both was starving so we went by Zaxby’s to grab some quick food. I had the Zaxby’s Club and he got some hot wings. Fucker could have got a full meal, stay away from my fries!

Finally, we got home to see the homie, James, who just got off work. Lol, here he is myspacin it up! Here’s some other shots of our crib, Plush .357 boxes are slowly taking over our living room, we need to get on our hustle!

After a few beers, I got back to work and started working on the cartoon. It was already 2am, but who needs sleep? I’m almost finished with the second Episode of the Skydiving Roaches! I plan on putting it up sometime this week. Everybody has been asking me about it, so I’m kinda stoked! It’s alot of work, man, I’m the only one doing the animation so I been pulling all nighters to get it done. It’ll be worth it in the end though, it’s way better than the first!

School starts tomorrow. I’m hella excited, this break was long and i miss my friends. So….. Goodnight folks!
